My role as an Instructional Technologist at Ohio State focused on supporting instructors moving from one LMS to another. Over the course of the position, I found there were common questions I was answering repeatedly.

As I identified these questions, I created documentation to share with instructors, which I subsequently added to the department’s Knowledge Base. While I no longer retain access to the Knowledge Base, the initial drafts of a few of these documents are included below.
